...you bath time lots of fun! I still can't figure out how to stop him from growing up but I have to admit I am LOVING this stage! Jeremy is crawling all over the place, pulling himself up to his knees and sometimes to his feet!!! This little 9 month old isn't staying little very well...but I love him just the same!

STOP GROWING!

I need your help....how do I stop this little guy from growing up?!

Happy Birthday Mikey

So I'm a little late on posting for Mikey's birthday! It was a pretty chill birthday (March 20th) for him but I think he enjoyed it nonetheless :) We got his Adam tablet and that's all he wanted! I topped it off with lunch at the Asian Buffet and a chess game from Jeremy...oh and LOADS of chocolate cupcakes! Happy 28th to my young love!

So hungry!

Just so you know...

...we did celebrate Christmas and New Years and today we're celebrating Valentine's! Our little Jer-bug is growing fast. He's 5 months now. CrAZy right?! He's rolling over, and rolls back on occasion. He's eating his veggies, peas, green beans and carrots. We'll introduce fruits in a few weeks more than likely. We're a month behind on his Wellness visits so tomorrow we have his "4" month visit, though really he's 5 and we'll get back on track and make it to his 6 month on time :) He likes to talk, though we're not sure what language he speaks. Hopefully we can learn it! On week days he's a good little napper, then on Sunday's he decides he doesn't want to be a good napper, but if he's happy about it, we let it slide a little! That's how we roll!
In less than 2 weeks we sign on our new townhome! We have made a couple visits to the ward and LOVE it. The people are so kind and friendly! We look forward to finally establishing ourselves in our own ward and not being temps anymore :)

Growing up!

You would think by the title of this post that it would be about our Jeremy huh!?

Well not this time! (Though I need to play blogger catch up) This time 

Mikey and I are truly becoming BIG kids and buying our own home!

At the end of February, as long as things go as planned, we will be moving into 

a nice townhome in South Jordan. We. Can't. Wait!

I'm so excited in fact that I made a countdown chain. Mock if you will but until I'm

in my own home and can decorate and craft this is what we are using for decor! 

Coo-Coo-Cachoo!

Once a month, I'm on a roll! Ha! Well after our sweet little dude got blessed, I turned 30! WOOOO!
Mike surprised me with a fun dinner at Applesbees with some close friends! It was a fun evening and very thoughtful of Mikey :)

 

Jerbug was supposed to have his 2 month wellness check but I thought I'd take him to Disneyland instead.It was a spontaneous trip with Nana and a few cousins! We had a great time and he did AWESOME!!

 

 

However I can tell you he weighs 13lbs now!! He's growing so fast! He is smiling and squealing so much now I love it! All the little coo's make my day! He's decided he likes licking his hand, not just sucking on it, it's rather comical actually! He loves when I sing Santa Clause is Coming to Town!


He is sleeping so well at night, getting at least 1, if not 2, 4 hour blocks of sleep between his nightly feedings.
And last night he had his first hair cut....err.. head shaving! Eeek! Yup, we shaved his grandpa hair ring off! He sure looks handsome as can be, just a bald handsome!

My body has been healing nicely from the c-section. I'm still slowly working out but it's going well (though last night I must have slept funny cause my lower back is kinked).


Mikey started a new job last week!!!!!!!!!!!! SO happy about it. I can take him if I need the car. It's literally a 5 minute commute up the street. HUGE blessing for us.

Other than being sick with nasty coughs this past week, we are doing fairly well! We can't really complain. Life is pretty darn good :)
